Things went well! They had a great time, and Tim and I weren't complete basket cases, so all things considered, it was a success.
It hasn't take Ryan long to adjust to being king of the castle at home while they're in school. His biggest concern is that I'm going to make him go to school too, which does not interest him in the least.
Erika is always eager for their return home.

I am so glad Bekah and Joey are enjoying school. They look so grown up in their first day of school outfits. They look like they were having fun in the classroom pictures. Ryan looks like he loves being king of the castle. I'm sure he loves his alone time with you. I just can't believe how big Erika has gotten. She is such a pretty little girl.

Do you have to take them and pick them up?
It's weird without everyone home, isn't it? I'm always eager to have at least Daniel come home...
oh, and you'll have to try and get that same picture in front of the high school on the first day of ninth grade!
